Mark is an experienced corporate finance practitioner, with a ‘big four’, Plc and international background.

Mark qualified with Ernst & Young and held senior positions within their corporate finance teams in the UK and Australia. More latterly Mark has been part of three management buy-outs at a director level and has exited these businesses after a £24m company sale, £131m AIM stock market flotation and a £6m secondary buy-out.

Mark is currently a non-executive director for three businesses across the region.
